Happy International Women's Day! We women do a lot don't we? I am not going to get into the long list of things we do, but I do want to highlight an article I came across today.
Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States. The author of this article, and her loved ones, are very fortunate that her husband took her to the emergency room. A friend of mine had something unusual come up during a regular doctor visit (and ended up in open-heart surgery with zero symptoms). The truth is, you can't be too careful when it comes to your health.
