I came across this article today, very much a propos! There are a few people in the office today, and I expect that to continue this week. IMO, the United States doesn't appreciate family values, nor does it appreciate workers. I'm willing to bet many people who take this week off have to because they don't have other child care options. Tony and I are splitting those this week, since neither of use have time off, but Adina's school is closed!
Norway, and Price Waterhouse Cooper, have a better solution!
