It was rare for me to have more than a drink when Adina was nursing, but this is good to know, because few things are more cry-worthy to a nursing mom than dumping out milk!
Note: I'm not talking about alcohol abuse, binge drinking, or even handling your child inebriated, these are other issues. I'm simply noting that the milk itself is probably safe.
