Sugar

I don't think I'm special for struggling with my weight. It's become a lot more difficult post-baby. Between less will power, and the constant running around, I find myself eating more with each sitting, eating more bad-for-me foods, and having wine more often.

Since an article has been circulating about red wine helping to reduce weight, I've successfully gained about 3 lbs in a week. So, that's about to go out the window again.

But, I am also going to try another thing that seems counter-intuitive: sugar. For years I've used Splenda in my coffee and tea, but I am going to see if switching back to sugar will help reduce my appetite. And get back to eating almost exclusively fruits + veggies during the day.

Let's see how it goes...
