- We had an organized dance, but improvised the middle and had a fun ending.
- Hired a babysitter
- We had only one toast, and though I don't know the length, it was funny, and our man was definitely prepared!
- Custom glassware counts, right :)
- We had a welcome happy hour the night before our wedding, which was a Thursday. On Saturday we invited out-of-towners to our house for pizza and playing in the back yard.
- We did well with seating arrangements, which were unique because we had an upstairs and downstairs. For example, one couple, who don't know a lot of our friends, according to Tony, "Make friends with everyone they meet, they can sit anywhere."
- I think we did well getting good food (and fun desserts!)
- Definitely had danceable music
- The day-of coordinator was the best "soft" money we spent.
- We had a few zones, inside there was dancing, or you could sit at any of the dining tables. Outside were standing tables and the bar.
- I was comfortable, and had backups just in case!
