We've been taught to manage our weight, we need diet and exercise... but I've long noticed I, personally, need only diet to manage my weight. Don't get me wrong, exercise is important, and I am probably in the best shape of my life! But when it comes to weight loss, it's all about what I eat, and apparently, I'm not the only one!
