Productivity

I've known in myself that at some point, working too much doesn't produce quality code. It's truly a fallacy, yet I find myself currently at a job where higher ups seem to think longer hours will result in quicker production. But the outcome is crappy code and a bunch of unhappy developers, half a dozen of whom quit. Can anything be more counter-productive?!

I work hard to limit myself to a 40-hour work week!
