Fascinating! It's something that not only makes sense, anyone can see it but this article puts it into words and numbers well. 

I would add it's also the mindset of conservatives to stay status quo and liberals to adjust to a changing environment. 

Not nurturing the economy that's making money is not a good idea for our overall economy.
