This is not the kind of terrible story I normally share. But the reason I chose to do that today is because this man, who was victimized and abused by his beother's killer, was afraid to speak up... For forty years! It's similar to the women finally speaking out against sexual assault. Only it's not a woman or sexual, it's simply abuse by a person with authority and stature.
