This is a work-related post for me.
The day I got back from vacation, my boss told me he was given a hard time that I'd taken time off "at this critical point" in the project. But let's be fair, the project should have been over 2 weeks prior to my vacation, that had been on the calendar for two months.

Later that day a recruiter called me about a great opportunity. It's too early to know if that will translate into a new job, but I took it as a sign and polished my resume.
